We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
If you decide to exchange an item or get a refund for an item, please note that:
- You will need to return the original part within 7 days of delivery
- The return is at your expense, as well as any customs fees.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and odorless (perfume or other)
- Shipping costs (and any customs fees) are not refundable.
- We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered mail, retain proof of postage and send us a tracking number.

Colors
Please keep in mind that the colors in the images may appear slightly different from the colors of our shawls due to the specifics of your computer or mobile.
Irregularities in knitting
It is perfectly normal to have some irregularities in your shawl since it is made manually.
You may also notice a small knot in the knitting of your shawl. This may come from the wool yarn itself, or from the choice we made to tie the consecutive balls with a knot, rather than weaving the threads in at the edges, in order not to lose several meters of wool.
