We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

If you decide to exchange an item or get a refund for an item, please note that:

- You will need to return the original part within 7 days of delivery

- The return is at your expense, as well as any customs fees.

- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and odorless (perfume or other)

- Shipping costs (and any customs fees) are not refundable.

- We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered mail, retain proof of postage and send us a tracking number.

Colors

Please keep in mind that the colors in the images may appear slightly different from the colors of our shawls due to the specifics of your computer or mobile.

Irregularities in knitting

It is perfectly normal to have some irregularities in your shawl since it is made manually.

You may also notice a small knot in the knitting of your shawl. This may come from the wool yarn itself, or from the choice we made to tie the consecutive balls with a knot, rather than tucking the threads in at the edges, in order not to lose several meters of wool.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for personalized products.

If the item is in stock, it will take about three working days to receive it (in Switzerland). For other countries, it will depend on the shipping time required.

If the item needs to be manufactured following your order (pre-order), it will take between two and three weeks to receive it. You will be informed if this is the case.

Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Wool does not easily retain dust and odors, so consider simply airing and gently shaking the shawl instead of washing it. If you still want to wash it, here are some guidelines:

• Wash by hand in lukewarm water (approx. 20ºC) with a small amount of special wool detergent or in the machine using a Wool or Hand wash program.
• Do not let the shawl soak. Move it gently back and forth, without rubbing or squeezing it.
• Rinse, ensuring that the temperature remains uniform.
• Gently squeeze out the water using a dry towel. The shawl should not be twisted or rolled
• To dry the shawl, lay it flat – do not hang it – on a clothes horse in a room where air circulates well.
• Never dry the garment in direct sunlight.
• Do not tumble dry
